With a foundation in economics and experience in Peru’s leading institutions, including the Central Bank, the Ministry of Economics, and the Stock Exchange, I bring a grounded yet expansive perspective to every session.
I trained as a coach in India and Thailand, blending strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, deep listening, and presence.
Since then, I have coached C-suite leaders, emerging professionals, and creatives across five continents, helping them reconnect with their values and make meaningful career transitions.
