My Journey
I became a coach after choosing to heal and grow in my own life. I left a secure career in economics, traveled alone to India to study coaching, and later became the guardian of my young niece after the loss of my sister.
These experiences deepened my empathy and shaped the way I work today, through presence, intuition, thoughtful questions, and trust in people’s ability to grow.
My experience as an economist at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Lima Stock Exchange, together with more than 15 years helping professionals communicate in English, helps me understand both the pressures of professional life and the challenges of learning, adapting, and finding confidence in new situations.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, valued, and supported when working with me.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, salsa dancing, painting, and literature, interests that keep me energized and connected with like-minded people.

My approach combines analytical thinking with a deeply human perspective.
As your thinking partner I listen closely, ask questions, identify patterns and contradictions, challenge assumptions, and help you see situations from different perspectives.
